The room was extremely cramped, making movement difficult, especially with my suitcase open. I felt like I was navigating a puzzle just to find a spot to stand. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortably firm, which made for several restless nights during my stay.

Had a great stay! The room may be small, but the comfy bed and modern bathroom definitely made up for it. The location was a breeze for catching the subway. Just a heads up-the hard mattress took some getting used to.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
The location is excellent, a 20-minute walk from Tokyo station, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had great lobby amenities.
While everything looked good, the rooms were quite small, making it challenging to open multiple suitcases. The hard bed offered an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the subway with quick access to two different lines. Plenty of food options all around, especially local eateries. Room may seem small, but it has everything needed, including a lovely bathroom. Quiet atmosphere amidst the hustle of Tokyo. Staff available 24/7 were incredibly helpful. The laundry room is quite small and could use clearer instructions on how to use the machines. Luggage space is tight. I found it hard to open both suitcases at the same time. Overall, a pleasant stay, but larger rooms would make it even better.

It was just a suitable option for a brief pause in Tokyo with decent value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Try to travel light, as the rooms are really small and it's tough to fit more than one suitcase open at a time.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot close to the subway, which made exploring Tokyo with my older kids super easy. We loved the nearby food options and found the free washer and dryer handy after a long day out.
My kids wished there was more room to move around.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The self-service laundry facility was a convenient addition during my stay. However, the room was extremely compact, leaving little space for movement, especially with two open suitcases. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, leading to restless nights. Additionally, the surrounding area offered limited dining options during the holiday season, which was disappointing.
